1. Who is asking for your details

2. What we collect, and only when you send the form
We do not ask you for anything to read this site. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form and choose to send:

Alongside that, the endpoint that receives the form records your IP address, the browser user-agent and the time of the request. That is used to stop automated abuse and to limit how many requests one source can make. It is not used to profile you and it is not linked to advertising of any kind.
3. Why we may hold it, legally
Because you asked us to: you tick a box before sending, and that consent is the only basis we rely on. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@automatemj.com, and we will delete what we hold about you.
4. Who else sees it
- Our own CRM. Enquiries are filed in a customer system we host ourselves at [HOSTING PROVIDER AND LOCATION]. Only [NAMES OR ROLES] can open it.
- Our hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER], which stores the site and processes the requests that reach it.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. Loading them means your IP address reaches Google, even if you never send the form. We plan to serve the fonts from our own servers so this stops happening.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and there is no advertising network, no remarketing pixel and no social widget anywhere on this site.
5. How long we keep it
We keep what you send for [RETENTION PERIOD] after our last exchange, and then we delete it. If you become a client, the commercial records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
6. What you can ask us to do
Write to info@automatemj.com and we will, within [RESPONSE TIME]: send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete all of it. You do not have to justify the request and it costs you nothing.
7. How your details are protected
These are decisions already built into the site, not intentions:
- Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The form never talks to our CRM directly. It posts to an endpoint of our own, which checks every field again on the server, rejects anything that does not match the expected shape, limits how many requests one source can send and only then files the enquiry.
- There are no credentials of any kind in your browser: nothing on this site holds a key that could reach our systems.
- The site stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage. See the cookie page.
- Free-text you write is neutralised before it is stored, so it cannot be used to attack the systems that read it later.
8. Children
This site sells services to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their details.
9. Changes
If we change how any of this works, we change this page first and update the date at the top.

2. Qué recogemos, y solo cuando envías el formulario
No te pedimos nada por leer el sitio. Los únicos datos personales que recibimos son los que escribes en el formulario y decides enviar: nombre, correo corporativo, empresa, teléfono (opcional), unidad de interés, presupuesto y la descripción de tu caso.
Junto a eso, el endpoint que recibe el formulario anota tu dirección IP, el navegador y la hora de la petición. Sirve para frenar el abuso automatizado y limitar cuántas peticiones puede hacer un mismo origen. No se usa para perfilarte ni tiene nada que ver con publicidad.
3. Por qué podemos tenerlos
Porque nos lo pides: marcas una casilla antes de enviar, y ese consentimiento es la única base en la que nos apoyamos. Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras escribiendo a info@automatemj.com, y borraremos lo que tengamos.
4. Quién más lo ve
- Nuestro propio CRM, alojado por nosotros en [PROVEEDOR Y UBICACIÓN]. Solo pueden abrirlo [NOMBRES O CARGOS].
- Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento, [PROVEEDOR].
- Google Fonts. Las tipografías se sirven desde
fonts.googleapis.comyfonts.gstatic.com, así que tu IP llega a Google aunque nunca envíes el formulario. Tenemos previsto servirlas desde nuestros propios servidores para que deje de ocurrir.
No vendemos ni alquilamos tus datos, y no hay ninguna red publicitaria, píxel de remarketing ni widget social en todo el sitio.
5. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Conservamos lo que nos envías [PLAZO DE CONSERVACIÓN] desde el último contacto y después lo borramos. Si llegas a ser cliente, los registros comerciales se guardan el tiempo que la ley nos obligue.
6. Qué puedes pedirnos
Escribe a info@automatemj.com y, en un plazo de [TIEMPO DE RESPUESTA], te enviaremos una copia de todo lo que tengamos sobre ti, corregiremos lo que esté mal o lo borraremos entero. No hace falta que justifiques nada y no cuesta nada.
7. Cómo se protegen
- Todas las páginas viajan cifradas (HTTPS).
- El formulario nunca habla directamente con el CRM. Envía a un endpoint propio que vuelve a comprobar cada campo en el servidor, rechaza lo que no encaje, limita cuántas peticiones puede hacer un origen y solo entonces registra la solicitud.
- No hay ninguna credencial en tu navegador.
- El sitio no guarda nada en tu dispositivo: ni cookies ni almacenamiento local. Ver la página de cookies.
- El texto libre que escribes se neutraliza antes de guardarse.
8. Menores
Este sitio vende servicios a empresas y no se dirige a menores de 18 años.
9. Cambios
Si cambia alguna de estas cosas, cambiamos antes esta página y actualizamos la fecha de arriba.
